i-sense is excited to support the upcoming 'UCL Populations & Lifelong Health Domain Symposium - The future health of the public: Towards transdisciplinary Research' on 17th January 2016.
This one-day conference, organised by the UCL Populations & Lifelong Health Domain, will explore transdisciplinary research taking place at UCL, across a diverse range of themes, including healthy cities, digital health and antimicrobial resistance.
The event will provide an opportunity to hear from funders about their plans for future funding of transdisciplinary research and there will be time for discussions with funders, users of funded research and plenty of opportunities to network with colleagues and build new collaborations.
They will also be holding an abstract competition for early career researchers around the themes of each session.
This free event is open to both UCL and wider academic institutions. i-sense speakers and Chairs include Prof. Dame Anne Johnson, Prof. Rachel McKendry, Advisory Board member Andrew Eland and EPSRC Healthcare Technologies Lead Annette Bramley.
